She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
1. People tend to stand and walk with a slack stomach and hunched shoulders; their backs are crooked and their hips lopsided.
2. As a man and woman come in close visual range they both pull in their stomachs, throw out their shoulders, puff out their chests, lift their head up to appear taller and generally attempt to make themseleves appear sleeker and more youthful.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
sounds interesting... im gonna give this a shot... like it was mentioned before it is partly inside your head (inner game). if you feel confident chances are that it will reflect on your gate.Canadian Catnip said:I have been experimenting with how I walk as well. I heard this piece of good advice and it seems to work.
Wherever you are, act like you own the place. If you walk into a bar, imagine you're the owner. How would you walk if you were the owner?
In the mall, same thing. Walk around like you just built this incredible cool mall for everyone else to enjoy.
On the street. This is your street, you built it, you own it.
Whenever I remember to think like this I notice my walk changes.
I once told a friend I was walking with about this and he tried it for a minute and I could see his walk get a lot better.
Give it a try and think like this next time you are walking and see if your inner thinking changes how you walk.
