"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Can someone talk, and explain me a little the body language of walking. How should you walk, what should you look at others, etc.

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I'm not really sure what you're asking here?

If it's any interest to you I have a book on sexual body language and it says

1. People tend to stand and walk with a slack stomach and hunched shoulders; their backs are crooked and their hips lopsided.

2. As a man and woman come in close visual range they both pull in their stomachs, throw out their shoulders, puff out their chests, lift their head up to appear taller and generally attempt to make themseleves appear sleeker and more youthful.

Watch a movie called Night At The Roxbury and walk exactly like them. They got some great dance moves too.

yea.. i've been paying more attention to this too. the way you walk is reffered to as your 'Gate' and it is supposedly unique to you, in the same way a fingerprint is. So a lot can be said about you simply by examining the way you walk. the best way i can think of to improve, is to take a look at someone who conveys confidence, notice how they walk and incorporate that into your gate.

once i was walking around downtown toronto and i just happened to be walking behind this dude wearing a nice suit. something about the way he walked conveyed a lot of confidence. it's hard to decribe.. he pace was slow but steady it gave a sense of calm badass confidence..

i also notice that when i have my sholders rollled back it looks better, let your arms move freely don't keep them stiff and don't force them either. they should be some bounce in your step but it should come automatically and don't force it either (unless you want to look gansta :woo: ). I'm past the 'gansta' stage so im not really into that.. I want a gate which exudes sophtication, confidence and masculinity.. an example would be pirece brosan esepecially in his 007 roles, notice how carries himself....

well long story short... watch and learn..

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

once you get your own inner confidence the rest becomes natural. I don't know how many times this can be said. As for walking a typical walk of a guy with confidence is head up(rarely down) chest out to a degree, shoulder back and they have a rhythm when they walk. When i walk i've been told i walk like a badass. I just walk naturally but i have my head up, shoulders back, chest out and my right arm sings more then my left arm does, along with a bit of bounce and rhythm when i walk.

I have been experimenting with how I walk as well. I heard this piece of good advice and it seems to work.

Wherever you are, act like you own the place. If you walk into a bar, imagine you're the owner. How would you walk if you were the owner?

In the mall, same thing. Walk around like you just built this incredible cool mall for everyone else to enjoy.

On the street. This is your street, you built it, you own it.

Whenever I remember to think like this I notice my walk changes.

I once told a friend I was walking with about this and he tried it for a minute and I could see his walk get a lot better.

Give it a try and think like this next time you are walking and see if your inner thinking changes how you walk.

sounds interesting... im gonna give this a shot... like it was mentioned before it is partly inside your head (inner game). if you feel confident chances are that it will reflect on your gate.
