bigger frame?

is there a way to gain width? i work out all parts of my body, and my muscles became more developed, chest, back, and arms are all arounded, but looking from the distance, i still look very narrow, can i make my frame expand?

not your bone structure, but you can just further develop your v-taper to make you appear wider. also reduce waist size.

back exercises will work on this most directly. deadlifts, lat pulls, etc.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I have a really narrow frame aswell.

The things I tend to work on more than my 'bigger framed' companions are basically working more on my shoulders, the leg abductors on leg day, and if you want obliques but abductors and shoulders will create the illusion of being wider.

But now I"m coming to find that after years of hating my narrow frame I"m coming to embrace it.
