She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
So if big pecs IS UGLY for men, then IS BIG PECS, good on women?newbie81 said:Best chest exercise:
heavy bench press
stretch pecs with db flies/low db press
don't only work pecs, big pecs is ugly for men, men need big shoulders & big necks, concentrate on overhead strength.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
idd, watch out for stretching, overdoing is bad.Warboss Alex said:the chest responds extremely (structurally) to stretching but it's easy to overdo if you're not careful.
newbie81 - I like your style. let the pecs stay on the pretty male fitness models, what we want are huge slab-like traps, shoulders like cannonballs and a back as thick as a brick wall. guys like that turn more heads than puffed up pecs do.
Yes I like women with big breasts.brucevangeorge said:So if big pecs IS UGLY for men, then IS BIG PECS, good on women?
Arnold IS HAD big pecs. IS UGLY?
No is no ugly.
You know.... b1tch tits are not pecs. Why wouldn't you want a nice muscular chest?newbie81 said:Yes I like women with big breasts.
Men should have big legs, big shoulders, big neck, wide back. Breasts is for women.
"Les gouts et les couleurs ne se discutent pas".
your body will allow this by making the chest bigger as well. you make this process easier by direct chest training but even if you didn't train chest I doubt your pecs would stay the same size as long as your squat and deadlifts were soaringAnd you do realize that you cannot have a big back without a chest that is proportinatelly as strong and large. You body will not allow it. IT will limit the size that the back can grow for safety reasons. To prevent injury.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
you can't compare biceps with chest. but working your back will make your biceps AND your chest grow.brucevangeorge said:Ok, so what you're saying is....
Extreme example:
If I go and I do heavy ass barbell curls, I'll get inhuman biceps? Including triceps? Without doing any other exercise to stimualte Tris?
The biceps potential size and strength will be limited by the size and stength of the triceps. Have you seen a guy with huge Bis but no Tris? Not likely.
Same goes for chest and back. They are antagonistic and if you have antagonistic muscles overpower each other....

but hell, you're 19 and know everything, right?![]()
yeah but .. oh, have it your way.brucevangeorge said:I don't know everything and I pray I never will, but I was simply comparing biceps to chest because of the relation between the antagonistic muscles.
Chest, back. Bis, Tris.
Hmm, good point.Warboss Alex said:yeah but .. oh, have it your way.
I've never seen a heavy squatter with a small chest though!
