I have been lifting 4-5X a week for 4 months and I still do get sore after a workout. I know you will be sore when you first start, however is this uncommon even when you have been working that same body part once a week for the past 4 months? I.E, I worked legs tonight (squats, leg extensions, hyperextensions) and I can barely walk up the stairs (a little sarcasm there). IMO, I say it is a good sign because it shows I worked my muscles hard and did not do a half assz workout. Do you agree and is this normal?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
