I used to have halitosis, ($hit breath) haven't had it in years thanks to this product.
one of the reasons I dropped a recent plate...she had terrible breath upstairs and downstairs.
Here are some tips:
- Brush teeth AND TONGUE.
- Eat yogurt before bed, allowing it to linger in and around mouth. (Google it if you don't believe me.)
- To test yourself, pinch your cheeks and pull them away from your teeth and suck in some air. If your breath is off you'll be able to smell it this way.

To cure bad breath you want to eat lots of green foods, citrus foods and (plain) yogurt (with no aspartame). Spirulina tablets are probably the best cure. Also, brush your tongue and gums.
Chewing fennel seeds is a natural breath freshener.
