So ive been doing several things lateley.

I want to work on myself again since there are some big things coming up for me like a great job in a week, selling real estate from Spain and Greece.

I got REALLY out of shape. Gained 10KG, lot of fat percentage due gaming and being lazy.

I dont find the confidence to cold approach like I would...

Im planning on getting my diploma this year aswell.

So some goals to keep my track on the upcoming 6 months.

Losing 12% body fat.
Cutting of gambling completeley.
Cutting out gaming a lot.

GYM EVERYDAY and then cold approaches and taking every chance I get with a pretty laday

About body fat, don´t make that your goal it´s best to say you want to drop 2 kilos per month that´s a reasonable objective!!
I am struggling with similar issues here!! Good luck and let us know some motivation tools!!
