no, its not on a date she told me that. im setting up a date to see her this week and she says she has to go home at 10PM

If she's young then that's kinda normal. At least try to save some bread and do something cheap and simple. Tell her that you would love to take her out on a nicer date but you need more time to really enjoy the evening so you're just going to miniature gold or something.
