Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Depends, if you can't train many sessions it can work but ideally it's better to train them seperate IMO to put all you've got into both.RedSky said:Just wondering if its a gud idea to train both back and legs on the same day or would that be too much for one day.
Cheers for any advice

It is probably going to be an individualistic thing. I read powerliftinguk and see AndyBolton and the guys he trains with doing squats+deads on the same day. And his training group ranges from intermediate to elite. He is the deadlift record holder and was the squat holder until recently. I also see him recommending it on his forum.Quagmire911 said:You can do it if it works for you.
