I am 5'11 185 pounds. regular built. the only thing is I have a stomach I want to get rid of. I already have a good diet and workout. I am using the stomach vaccume now, but would more cardio help out enough?

meal 1- fat free chese, 3 scoops protein with milk.

meal 2- 2 protein bars

meal 3- sirlone stake, salad (without dressing) and baked potato.

meal 4- protein bar, cereal

meal 5- 3 scoops protein with milk

45 minutes of cardio and I train muscles good.

I always had a gut after high school, it prb got too big to be completely gone.

Your diet needs a lot of work, start with the simple starting diet and build from there, post up your lifting routine
