the question is going to get you the answer without coming across as offensive. it may not give you the exact number of guys who've screwed her but in most cases you can get a rough idea. i've never met a girl who doesn't like to talk about her past relationships.
once your friendship is a tiny bit more intimate whether as friends or dating you can be more blunt:
you: "so how many guys total have you slept with?"
just like that.

I think she just has her ASD going... which doesn't surprise me seeing she meets the following criteria:
