"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

long but good read. one of the most powerful things a man can have, is the ability to walk away from a woman, or any other losing situation at the drop of a hat. lifes too short to walk on eggshells or put up with someones bxll**** all the time.

I wouldn't give much credit for the writer. He sounds like an a***ole. Insecure, manipulative and undignified. He's just parroted stuff he's read on seduction websites. I read up some articles by his wife... sure, she is insecure and did a stupid thing by writing about their marriage in a national newspaper, but a real man wouldn't go so low as to describe how he fu***d his wife after he cheated on her. Maybe women are horrible and evil, but there has to be some respect if you call your union a marriage. His action is not even juvenile, just vile.

Here's one of his wifes columns:

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Ever since I stumbled, by accident, across an email to a woman, Daphne, arranging to have coffee with her in New York on my birthday last September, despite the fact that he was on his knees, tears whooshing out of his big, dark eyes, begging me not to throw him out, telling me how much he loved me and would never, ever cheat on me again, I have been waiting for it to happen again.
Okay, that paints a completely different picture on this guy.

Bah. Yet another shining example of why the institution of marriage and exclusive relationships is doomed to fail. One of the biggest problems in the world is this burdening belief in the 'true love' myth. Sure there are those rare perfect marriages, but how many of those aren't rife with conflict. So my point is, what's the point? Why include oneself in such a transaction? It's so utterly pointless that I am really lost on why people bother with marriage and monogamy. It's holding us back. The most valid argument for monogamy is that broken homes tend to result in psychologically disordered progeny, while stable homes make for stabler societies. Just look at how most men in prison were fatherless and you will see what I mean.

But a family can be healthy regardless of whether the father or mother are together. One or the other can even be absent. What matters is that a child gets adequate nurturing from multiple adults throughout their development, preferably from both men and women. SO this pretty much throws the moral approach to marriage out the door. While it may have worked as a buffer against strife in biblical times, we need to go beyond taking orders from moral doctrines about how we should conduct our affairs.

Her own words

I have been hacking into his emails (quite easy, actually, even when he set up a secret account), listening to his voice mails and reading his text messages
Yeah, thats sound really accidentally.
