What’s the skinny on ashwaganda? Worth it?
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Ive read that Tongkat my cause your body to stop producing endogenous testosterone. Is this true?I use both together. Each has it's usefulness.
Also, unless you are buying specifically used brands in the studies done there is a high chance the active ingredients are not very good or it's not the same composition.
For Ashwaganda use only KSM-66
For TongKat use only Physta.
Unlikely, but I'm on TRT anyway so it doesn't matter to meIve read that Tongkat my cause your body to stop producing endogenous testosterone. Is this true?
I just bought some. I felt good on it but stopped taking it because of that risk.
