“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'v been meditating for the past 1 week, but i'm not sure if im doing the right thing. I usually sit somewhere quiet, stretch a bit and the sit down cross legged with my spine straight. I try to concentrate ONLY on my breathing, and keep it that way. I usually set up a timer for 6 minutes. Am i doing it correct ? :p

6 minutes isn't enough. Shoot for 12 or 15 at first. It's hard to sit still for even that amount of time, but do your best.

Also, meditate at least twice a day - before breakfast and before dinner.

Meditation and prayer are the same thing, at least physiologically, but those two groups of people tend to hate each other, so no one ever talks about their similarities.

Regardless of what you call it, it's a good way to not forget anything before you leave your house. Before you walk out the door, stop and clear your mind for a moment, and anything you have forgotten will hit you instantly. It works like magic.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Also look into standing and walking meditation, have been good for me. Standing meditation contains Tai Chi and martial arts elements. Great for posture and a form of exercise to boot. Walking meditation is also great. There are many free resources on the net and pdfs out there to google. Have always been of the opinion that people who aren't aspiring monks should try to blend meditation into their daily activities and exercise rather than traditional sitting zazen. And hey, if you can burn a calorie or two and do a bit of training with the same benefit as sitting, why sit?

Here's a start:
