Would I be better off just doing the whole eating 6 times a day thing and doing proper excrise's? Im around 6'3 6'4 and and i weigh just under 11 stone so im real skinny but I have a big enough frame and im not really slight but just skinny if ya know what im saying.
What did you think anthony's program was? A way out of eating 6 meals a day and doing proper exercises? You have to pay your dues at the dinner table and in the power rack.
