Would I be better off just doing the whole eating 6 times a day thing and doing proper excrise's? Im around 6'3 6'4 and and i weigh just under 11 stone so im real skinny but I have a big enough frame and im not really slight but just skinny if ya know what im saying.

What did you think anthony's program was? A way out of eating 6 meals a day and doing proper exercises? You have to pay your dues at the dinner table and in the power rack. Check the where to start post, not sure why its no longered stickied, but its in the valut.
