"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

It sometimes can make up for that, yes. But that's not the point. Why would you choose being as ordinary as 90% of the dudes out there over being genuine and interesting?

I'll post a texting guide later today. Check it out, maybe it'll give you some perspective on what I mean.
I dont, I usually do things different,, but there's simply just days that I don't feel being witty or over thinking what to text to come off as original. that's why I say that text is just a minimum to the momentum you already built in person. So with high interest it shouldn't make a huge difference in her. I will be looking forward to see it.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

If all of your encounters, dates, sex, texts/calls are boring then maybe you are boring and you are just attracting who you are.

Same kind of birds fly together.

some ppl in this forum are just crazy.
Just because I sent a text asking how she was doing, some members here conclude that I am boring as hell.

LMAO....

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

This is bull****e, I never put more effort than is absolutely necessary into my texts. I'm not a ****ing jester, I am a grown ass man who is going to use standard, every day language to do something as simple as seeing if a girl is feee Wednesday night. I'm not trying to impress her, I want to know if she is interested and available. If she isn't, I don't want to chamge her mind, I want to go find someone who is.

yeah, it seems some people think that by being a texting clown you get points. LOL.

I can have a fun, light text exchange, but that happens once she's replied with some enthusiasm first, shows some interest and we're having a conversation.

Since she didn't show any interest, I have nothing else to say to her, besides the pinnapple emoticon I sent.

You don't need to a be a court jester but seriously. Anything would be better than how are you? It just shows a complete lack of imagination and effort. My Auntie sends me texts like this. Half the time I won't respond because how do you answer that? I'm fine. How are you? It's a stupid question.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
