Hey guys! I've been watching alpha male strategies on YouTube.com he has some really good techniques and advice. What's your guys thoughts on this?

I think he has some good points no doubt, but his strategies are tailor made for him. Look at the dude, I bet none of us have the same looks, and attitude towards life. You try and do what he says, and you make a caricature of him, that don't make you a man, much less alpha. It's a good idea to internalize what he is saying, but keep in mind, what works for him, won't necessarily work for you. You need to find your own style through trial and error.

The most important thing actually not the game, don't get me wrong it is important, but just not as important as your physique and mental state. Women look at your physique, that's how you get approach invitations, when you look attractive. Then when you approach it comes down to your mental state, how much compfortable you are in conversation, how much you know about the world, how interesting you are. So game is on 2nd place of importance, yourself is on 1st.

1. He is 6'4
2. He's 230ish and ripped
3. He makes a large amount of money
4. He is decent to above average looking
5. He regularly rotates roughly 5 women at a time

His advice is very dominant, very assertive, very strong. These tactics will not work for someone below 6 feet that doesn't go to the gym and enjoys video games. Your goal should be to stay on your purpose. Women should be a compliment to you not your purpose.

I strongly disagree with you on this though:

1.) I am 5'8 and some change
2.) I am 180 lbs, decent shape not certainly not ripped. More of an athletic build. Currently working hard on diet and the gym to cut fat and increase muscle. Goal range is to stay under 185 and lose 5% body fat
3.) I do fine but I am not "wealthy"
4.) I would consider myself the same
5.) I currently rotate 3. The difference is I have a daughter that I have custody of so that greatly limits my time outside of her and running my business, her activities/hobbies and my activities/hobbies. I could easily have 5 if I had more time. So its not an issue of being able to do so its an issue of choosing my stuff over 2 more chicks......


As far as AMS- the guy is on point. As I have said before, he is a little "thuggish" than my take on dating but the end goal and the process is the same as what he preaches.

The trick is that you have to become more confident by putting yourself in positions to improve. You have to actually do this stuff to get good at it and develop it as a natural mind set through repetition.

The problem that most guys have is this- they fail to work on themselves physically, financially and emotionally to get to the point that it is actually natural. It takes chicks being attracted to a guy to put these things in motion in real life. Most guys are too lazy to increase their own value, maintain a low SMV because they are looking for a magic bullet to do it for them instead of putting in the work.

Put work in yourself and improve-----increasing your interest from the ladies-------more ladies interested means you have more options-------more options means that you can have an abundance mindset naturally and this stuff takes care of himself.

I believe that if you can get 1 date then you can get 5. It comes down to selection (which is based on your SMV) and available time.

You might be able to get a 5 chick rotation of chicks who are 9's (I certainly cannot). But you can get a rotation of 5 chicks that are 7's or 8's.

As you increase YOURSELF and raise your SMV you will have more of a selection and you can increase your 6's to 7's and 8's and so forth.

It all starts and ends with us. It takes time and work to be better at anything.

I like his videos. Someone sent me his 10 Commandments for dating video and I thought he was spot on. Later.. I think it was @Glassguy that mentioned him in another post and so I went back and watched a dozen of so of his videos, so I only have a small sample to judge, but I haven't seen anything I disagree with.

Anyone that follows AMS advice will definitely do better with women... you might not get the same results he gets, but you will get positive results, especially if you start off mired in weak behavior. Having said that... I'm really not sure how this guy makes money. Most of these dating and relationship coaches make their money off guys that are trying to figure out what went wrong with, or how to get a particular chick. They sell men on the idea that they can 'do stuff' to get results. They sell "tricks" and "tips"... basically trying to convince people with disposable income how to act attractive. Most men are not like me... completely uninterested in relationships... so his advice pretty much mirrors what I do... I just do this as a middle aged white dude.

But you know what.... any man that just has the balls to approach women and go for what he wants will get results... because you can't win unless you actually take the field... so if PUA stuff gives a guy confidence, he will naturally see improvement.

One exsmple of tailoring game to you was evidenced on this very forum days ago. A thread brought up the issues of living in a small town and the local scarcity of beautiful women. Someone in such instance will need a different strategy than someone who lives in a metropolitan area.

Its good content. He seems bitter similar to RMG but its a by product of female nature and a gynocentric society. AMS spits bars. There's no infield its hard to say.

As always, I think you should have yourn ownexperience with women and dating. Listen to OGs but sift through the crap. I listen to rsd Tyler but the weirdo hipster crap i have no use for. Old school Mystery (basically, the 3sec rule, DHV, time restraibts, plow, push pull, etc), David D c&f, and so on. I am checking JMLUV lately but i suspect he's exaggerated kill vount (says over 1000 lol). I suspect escorts lol the best pua I've seen IRL is Julian and he doesn't even put out that content anymore. 10 game is a banger.

Think for yourself. If you follow blind, it won't end well.

His videos givr guys out of the game or beaten back new life so they dont mind paying for the consultation. One area that is a gold mine is helping men to get their needs met and empowered in bad marriage or LTR situations. Thats like more than half of relationships.

There are 2 ways to attract women.

1.) You approach your balls off and come across as a weirdo/creeper to most women. This is (I assume) very time consuming and has a negative impact on many due to the higher amount of rejection. I do not do daily approaches because I do not need to do so.

2.) You build a life that attracts women. You have a strong social circle. You have interesting hobbies (mine are boating, fishing, bow hunting and golf). You certainly do not have to find someone who enjoys the same hobbies as you, but just the fact that you are involved and passionate/happy in life about some things is naturally attractive by itself. You also need to get on your purpose. I stay super busy in life. Most women think that is BS until they enter my web and find out for themselves. Staying busy and on your purpose keeps you from being needy/clingy/desperate. You shouldnt NEED a woman as you should have plenty of other things that make you happy going on around you. Women can sense this instantly. They want a BUSY man. They want a man on his PURPOSE and they know they cant be your purpose and this all work out.

Approaching may work for some but I find it terribly tiring and does little to benefit me as a man.

Now putting the work into myself, my social circles, my business/purpose among many other things means that I attract women and I am also personally reaping the rewards of my hard work.

This is why I dont like the PUA crap. Its all about sleight of hand, magic bullet phrases, manipulation. I honestly dont have to do that stuff. I just strive to become a better version of me everyday and the women are a byproduct of that hard work.

Common man being assertive is far wider then this. Id say 60% of it is in how you look at people and talk to them.
Being tall has merit but it doesn't make you super man. Im not 6ft and i have had many taller guys tell me im intimidating. And one was a really assertive trial lawyer.
Agree you can take his advice but to default to comparing yourself to him is self defeating.

After watching his videos I don't really have any qualms lying to women
