im goin to start air alert 3 on monday but i just wanted to know if would their be any harm if i did any additional jumping excersises like jump rope or cardio

air alert is GREAT

go do it if you wanna dunk it will increase ya vert hugely

I would recommend u start with 1 first though and then work to 2 then 3...

no injuries will come if you do it safely, also i don't see a problem to doing extra cardio

(by the way how often do you rope jump? just curious because I myself like to rope jump)
