"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Been with my girlfriend for 6 months. Girl absolutely loves me. Anyway, I have been asked out by a couple girls in school this semester at college. I tought that this was pretty cool.(using a lot that this site says to do).

I dont know how or why, because i have never done this before, but i took one of these girls up on her offer. I chilled at her hosue the first night. Within two hours i had her pants off, but some got some LMR and she didnt want to have sex. One week later I have sex with her. Also i blew this girl off 3 times before we chilled, becuase i was having guilty conscience about cheating o my girl. Overall i was just an a$$hole to this chick....so sh wanted me more.

Anyway, I feel terrible now. I f*cked that girl after me and my gf got in a fight, but i feel terrible now. Problem is, this new girl really likes me, but i'm not into her like that. She could NEVER replace my gf. What should i do to break free from ths chick? I do not want this to go on ANY longer, and I want to end it as quickly and smoothly as possible, with no fighting, crazy bs, etc... How do I go about doing this without all the drama?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

does she know u have a gf?

then just lay out the terms if you want to keep her around as a FB, or flat out tell her that you have feelings for somebody else and that it wouldnt be fair for both of them...

basically differ the blame, use the old "its not you, its me" **** that girls use on guys all the time...

Go uber-AFC on her. Buy her flowers, write her a poem, whatever you want to do, bro! The point is to turn her off, let her think SHE'S rejecting YOU. That way, she won't come after your GF or try to blackmail you.

Thanks for the responses lol. Well I have a feeling if I start telling her I love her and all that, she will want me just as much. I can see it when she looks at me that she is probably in love with me, or is falling for me. I just want to end this quick, not let it drag out.

This is the last time i get myself into this mess!!

be honest but direct. let her know that you're not feeling the same thing she is.

Do it soon before she believes otherwise, but be tactful and spare her feelings.

its good to avoid burning bridges whenever you can.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
