"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Hey everyone,

After a recent breakup, I'm finally back in the game and it's great!
Essentially I met this girl through a friend earlier this year and thought she was cute. Good thing is there was a party coming up at her place to which I was invited (I'm good friends with her roommate). I played it cool at the party and eventually we ended up making out in her room and she invited me to stay over. While hooking up though, she held back when things got more heated up so I just assumed she didn't want it on the first night. Anyway, I left during the night leaving a note.
She contacted me the next day and I suggested we hang out. We went out for drinks, everything went smoothly until I had to leave for an emergency. We kissed in front of her house and I left. About a week later, I invited her over to make up for it and we had a chill night. I cooked dinner, we had some beers, chatted etc and ended up having sex. And again. Then she stayed over and eventually left in the morning.
Now my question is, what's next? I'm not gonna lie I was kind of expecting a message the next day or something but I haven't heard back since. What's the move if I wanna keep doing that kind of thing while keeping it casual?

Thanks

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

she's probably waiting for you to contact her?

And by the way, sex on the third date is hardly a "one night stand."

Fair enough, sorry about the misuse of the word. I referred to it as a one night stand because I didn't really intend for it to be anything more. But now I'd like to get a casual thing going. I kind of did all the work - asking her over etc - wouldn't I come off as too clingy by getting in contact now?
