After a week without sending email or sms what is the best email or sms opener? Do you just say hi, how are you? Its been a long time, how are you? Or are there better openers out there?

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

See what emails, sms, instant messages done, has created a sterile environment where a man is able to hide and doesn't have to face the chick or talk to her because his precious little ego will take a hit if he gets rejected. Now we have men sitting by the computer screens/cell phones waiting weeks and months hoping to raise girls interest level by being chummy in a submissive non threatning matter. Then by the time they get the courage to ask/or call her on the phone for a date they get p1ssed that the girl is no longer interested in them, and they end up calling her a slvt because some other guy got this chick into bed less then a week after they met lol.
