"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Advice needed with a Russian Girl I met

So, I met a girl in a dance club. I met her on the dance floor, and began to dance with her. We danced face to face, bumping and grinding. I chatted with her a bit and gathered some information. It turns out she goes to the same school as I do and is 2 years older then me (shes 25). Neither her or her friend believe my age, and they think I am 19 (I look younger then i am).

She had a couple drinks to many. When it was time do go home, I did some “pu$$y-footing” and not directly ask for her contact. I asked for her email, which I forgot, jeeze! Still can’t get over that dumb move. She told me what I asked for, but had this unsure, smiley look on her face when she was about to provide the information I wanted. In the end I said nice meeting you and I have to go. Can I still recover from the pu$$y-footing advances i made if I see her at school? Any suggestions on what to say? Maybe a Russian line?

Cheers

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Go out and meet other women, and don't worry about this one.

Otherwise, you'll start obsessing over her, like you are now, and you will come off as being super-creepy when you see her again.

Go out and meet, date and f*** other women, and maybe you'll run into her again when you're not being so needy.

Oh yeah, only get a number after you've tried to kiss and f*** her. A number should be your last option, not your first.

Good point about going out and getting other women, and not obsessing. But the number thingy, how the heck am I gonna contact them after the initial meeting?

She was probably so drunk, she doesn't even remember.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
