Plan for helping them would start with some augmented role models programs like we just discussed, but also those who are already in the criminal element need to be dealt with. We cannot be afraid of being called racists by dealing with the bad element among the blacks.

On the other side, perhaps we need a program that helps promising youths and their family with the ability flee the criminal element landscape before they become entrapped in it.

So you're just going to completely ignore the fact that poor whites have a much lower crime rate than rich blacks. Economic circumstances don't cause crime.

Here's a fun documentary showing that you regardless of how much blacks receive, they aren't capable of taking care of it. The belgians left blacks with the most advanced infrastructure available at the time. It went to ruins with black independence.

Slave labor =/= free labor. Black slaves received free housing, food, clothing and health care. All of these provisions carried a cost for slave and plantation owners.

You seem totally unfamiliar with world history. Blacks enslaved blacks in Africa and still do. The Moors conquered Spain. The Mongols conquered Eastern Europe and made inroads into western Europe.

Blacks and Indians also owned slaves in the US.

By your standards, Muslims and Mongolians owe whites reparations. Blacks and Indians owe reparations today to people who have never been enslaved.
