Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
Yeah, I forgot about the deli sandwiches.. they've only started having them a few months ago, and I almost never go to McDonald's (or other fast food places).mr_elor said:Not quite.
a general sense though yeah, best to avoid fast food. Not sure if they do McDonalds deli sandwiches where you live, but they're not too bad for you. Kinda similar to Subway though.
I agree, but a lot of people don't get the idea of a cheat meal/day (depending on your diet) and overindulge. It's especially true when they're not on any specific program and just trying to "eat right." Not that it's a bad thing, but it's generally harder to follow something that you're just doing "on your own."Seems pretty reasonable. The key to sticking to a diet is treating yourself now and then, otherwise you won't stick to it.
acceptable for what purpose???bud_2005 said:What are some acceptable foods from a fast food restaurant if you are lifting? I eat Subway a lot but I get so sick of it too.
So in your awesome opinion it's totally fine for people to eat big macs and woppers all the time?Throttle said:acceptable for what purpose???
the blanket advice people are giving on this thread is mostly useless.
no, next straw man, please.Fred Da Head said:So in your awesome opinion it's totally fine for people to eat big macs and woppers all the time?
fast food as a category is no better or worse than most other types of restaurant food, and processed foods in general.Unless your purpose is to become an average American, fast food should be avoided as much as possible. There is no way that any fitness goal will be reached faster by eating fast food.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

just out of curiousity, have you ever tried the high fat/protein low carb diet?Throttle said:trying to cut saturated fat is overrated, but you can do more by cooking lean meats & fish at home than any careful selections while eating out.
yes and no. i'm eating these days in a way many would describe as 'low carb' but I consider it a long-term lifestyle choice (reducing sugars & starches to the lowest tolerable amounts without resorting to gimmickry). if you cook at home and learn which veggies you can stand, and balance your fats with oily fish and fish oils, saturated fat isn't nearly the concern it otherwise would be.organizedconfusion said:just out of curiousity, have you ever tried the high fat/protein low carb diet?
that statement is remenisent of that particular way of eating.I tried it for a while, but i wounde up having to eat soo much protein and fat in order to get really full and it made me sick.:nervous:
Yes, not all saturated fats are created equal.Throttle said:trying to cut saturated fat is overrated, but you can do more by cooking lean meats & fish at home than any careful selections while eating out.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
