Its not only about being funny itself, but rather showing social intelligence, wit, and balls to make fun out of otherwise boring things. Confidence and finesse.

Theres a real skill to being able to attract women by being amusing.
1. Never ever tell jokes.
2. Tease remorselessly even to the point of rudeness
3. Never ever apologise or say sorry even if u think u have gone too far.
4. Use facial expressions eg deadpan or a cheeky smirk.
5. Try to be charming and smooth at the same time u are teasing.
6. Get sexual inuendo and double entendres into the conversation but not in a creepy way.
7.Make it fun for the girl so she has no idea what you are going to say next.
8. Use plenty of eye contact but not too much.
9. Always leave too early.
10. Get these right and she will be desperate to talk to you again.

I prefer to make girls scream rather than laugh

I gave up on being "mr funny man/entertainer" dude about 10 years ago. Being funny has nothing to do with getting laid.

Sure, i still make chicks laugh, but its not the reason i get in their pants

Being funny is a sign of high social intelligence. Which is universally attractive. It is a good trait to have.

Just don't be a fuckin' clown all the time.

Because that's what you'll come across: A Fuckin' Clown.

Depends on the type of humor. Self-depriciating humor? She will dry up fast.

Most comedians use humor that I like to use as well: usually word play, misdirection, wit etc... Is it a wonder heartiste always advocates these techniques? Humor can be a great way to show your alphaness because humor by definition is aloof, funny, twisting her words in a fun way and shows your wittiness. The panties moisten.
