"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Ok heres the story, I have this girl in my class who I became friends with. We would talk alot in class, we had chemistry together, lots of things in common. But we continued to stay friends. We have been friends for about 4 months or so, and recently she has been telling me about this guy she thinks is cute but doesnt really know. I am finally ready to make my move, do you guys think it is too late? or should I go for it? If so, do you have any suggestions?

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I agree with the above, sorry man.

Just another heads up; having things in common is not the best means to judge attraction.

she maybe telling you that some other guy is cute so that you get the hint and make a move b4 its too late...I personally think that its not to late. Go ahead, do what you want, dont worry what these other asholes say.

well

you should go for it. What's the worst that can happen? Chances are you will always be "friends" but even if that's the case she'll just tell you that. So might as well be risky.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
