She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.

well said.floydb25 said:Definitely *****es. Remember, women can be jerks and haters, too. They believe you're not good enough to act this way, because they're delusional and believe their opinion matters. Don't ever try to gain the approval of, or prove your worth to someone who's against you. Nor should you let their opinion affect you in any way. They aren't some royal judge; **** what they think. Don't let them push you around like this, either - because female bullies also exist. Certainly don't act nice to them. If they keep at it - fight back, and tell them to **** off.
Generally, this type of shallow / retarded person will judge and criticize you, try to bring you down, nitpick your flaws, and reject your looks at all costs - because that's all they care about. Notice their shallow remarks towards you. That's because they believe superficiality determines quality. They can't judge your personality, because they don't have one. So, they say you're ugly, a virgin, don't have a girlfriend, have a small ****, etc. Just like any other insecure jerk does. They judge the pointless ****, because they're losers. Losers need to feel special, so they latch onto the only thing they're good at (ie, being shallow and retarded), and judge people based on this criteria. They don't even have to know the person - they still spout off their opinion, and judge everyone - like anyone gives a ****.
Always remember that they're worthless and irrelevant. Likely miserable, riddled with low self-esteem, and horribly insecure; trying to feel better about themselves by bringing other people down. Like an annoying fly; just swat them away (metaphorically), and avoid them.
Women should be classified as people. That might fix a lot of these problems. Just like there's ****face ******* guys out there - there are women like this, too. Some might suggest they're trying to be men - when they're just being people. Losers are not gender based. But they're opinion still doesn't matter - even though they think it does, and never shut the **** up about them.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
when they say something like that, i always go:Toast123 said:What does that even mean? I NEVER talk about my opinion of my own looks....how is it even possible to act like you think you're good looking?
