Cut all sources of protein, meats, nuts ( that includes soy sauce, spicy foods, garlic and onions. If you can't cut them out complete reduce them as much as possible. I read somewhere animals protein especially can bring sexual urges.
Also if want to fap take a cold shower rinse for at least 60 seconds (do not use hot water you can the beginning though) it always help me if I have the urge.

Thanks for the support guys, I'm currently trying to pass a drug test so I have been killing water and running a lot for the past two weeks. I agree, cardio helps a lot! I'm only on day 4 again but I feel like each night I go without is an accomplishment, time is just going really slow it seems like. I work out every couple of weeks however so I'm still eating as much protein as I can on a limited diet. In the past year of learning about being a don and improving myself I have never actually taken a day out to go 'sarging'. Recently I have been reading 'The Game' by Neil Strauss and it has motivated me to the point that I'm planning on going to the local outlet mall this week and trying to get some numbers.
