There are all different kinds of journals on here but for me the one thing I can't seem to accomplish is no fap for 90 days. The longest I have been able to do was like 8 or 9 days but I'm tired of this **** I've decided I'm going to stop and I'm going to journal my progress here.

I completed it a few months back of 90 days, and I felt like I should celebrate by watching porn, which I regrect because it made me feel bad afterwards, and I was right back where I started before I went on the journey.
So this time I'm going to go beyong 90 days, I'm going to go for eternity. The feeling of no watching porn or fapping...especially after the first month, is the best feeling in the world. Your body and mind changes. It's like you gain super powers, that's the best way I can explain.

Thanks man, good to know that it is possible you just have to take it one day at a time! The biggest thing that is changing so far is that I really want to get laid and I know not to **** where I eat by trying to pick up a girl at work so I'm going to have to expand my social circle. Lol I was on netflix lastnight and I jacked it... I'm going to go for a month this time. I still haven't watched porn in like 2 weeks, I think that is the number one thing that is harmful for our bodies. Im done watching porn for good.
