6'4...170...need weight?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

looks ok, for how long have u been working out?
I´m 6´1 ... 180 and I think I´m still too skinny. I think if you see yourself in a mirror everyday you can´t really see the difference.

You're lookin' pretty defined, better than most at least.

If you want to bulk up more, go for it. Whatever you feel comfortable with.

go and eat something.

(that would be a YES.. but then again I always think big and lean is better than small and lean - whatever makes you happy bro, does our opinion matter?)

At 6'4 and cut, you look very good like this. Anyway, gaining 20 lbs won't hurt, as long as you keep a low bodyfat.

You couldn't put down the toothbrush for 3 seconds to take a picture?

Do you want to look bigger. Sure you're a skinny guy but unless you want to be bigger there's no need to gain any weight. Although 170 is really tiny, especially for 6'4".

ChrizZ, I'm 5'11" and 215 and I still think I could be bigger. For some reason no matter how big you get you're always going to want to be bigger and stronger.

I would like to be around 205, but i find it hard to eat all the time due to school and work. Ive been lifting off and on for a few years, something would always happen causing me to stop. Ive been consistent since mid august.

Dude, you're a twig. Don't stand in the wind, you may get blown over.

If you cant afford food they have homeless shelters.

You're the empidemy of the "starving kids" commmercials. EAT!

You're good to go man...Don't forget that most of the advice here is from bodyBUILDERS who always suggest getting bigger.

My advice: work on your shoulders, they're abit small. Sure gain afew pounds on the squat rack but in all honesty you're fine.

and p.s. ditch the farmers tan, not cool

I have to admit, as much as I'd like to critique your body, I'm actually much more concerned with the shape of your middle finger

lol!
