    Big PC gamer here. Used to play competitive CS. Play Tf2 mainly now, and some CS just got back into it after a 2 year hiatus. Play all sorts of games though on the PC, played all the classics, replaying some now like Deus Ex and Serious Sam. What else is there to do in 40 degree heat? :D

    LOL That's complete trash. Heavy squats will be your number 1 exercise for growth, deadlifts second. Go all the way on squats, the whole it will stunt your growth myth has been beaten to death.

    You train too much volume, I'd say. So you get the pump afterwards, but you do too much. What's your routine like now? Try training with lower reps. Take a week off.

    Start bringing your hips forward faster on the squat so you don't end up lifting it up in a bit of a good morning stance. Good otherwise. I like your overhead pressing too, good stuff man, looking strong. Nice one on the CoC grippers too.
