How long have you been with them?I have Blue Cross Complete through State medicare, which is 100% free for me. The website is awful for finding care but the coverage itself is amazing. Zero copays and deductibles - covers all medical and dental, ambulances, prescriptions, and just normal checkups/preventative care. Literally have never paid a dime.
In my experience I can qualify for it even when I'm employed, but I think there's an income limit. If you're self employed it's pretty easy to get away with it, they don't really verify income.
From what I know, Priority Health and Aetna are pretty sh*tty.
