Instead of trying to get the approval of other people, think about what's good for yourself in the long run.

Most people actually don't care what you do as long as it isn't committing a crime. For those who butt into your business and try to tell you what is appropriate for you, they are pushing an agenda and it's on you to keep your frame.
if you don't mind me asking, did you party into your 20s?

they do say its better to burn out than fade away, so...
Yeah, they say that until they get older and realize life is still worth living.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

It is settled then, OP. The general consensus from the board is that you can party in your 30s as long as it doesn’t interfere with your health, career, finances, or other priorities.

Most men when they hit their 30s really don't feel like doing the things they thought was fun in your 20s. For me, when I hit my mid 30s I lost all interest in going 'clubbing'. I would have stopped sooner, but in my 30s I was living in Europe, so it was all sort of new and interesting, but after a couple of years doing that... I was partied out.

After my divorce in my mid-40s, I got back on the wagon again, but quickly figured out I just couldn't do it anymore without screwing up my health and purpose.

I definitely had the energy to do it in my 30s, I just really didn't want to any more.

I used to go out routinely every weekend due to fomo. When Covid started popping up, I used it as an excuse to stop going out. I realized I didn't miss it at all and I left it at that. I will go out on a special occasion, but those routine club days are over for me.

Might as well do so as long as we're physically mobile. Peripherally speaking, this piss puddle of an existence we're all drowning in is all there f-cking is, tragic as said realization is

I've been thinking about this for a while, but usually, the early 20s are typically used as a time period to establish yourself and get ahead as much as possible career wise. yet, it's sort of socially frowned upon to party in your 30s with this being the case. Why? For me, this doesn't really make that much sense.
Like someone else said, it depends on how you define "partying". If you mean partying the same way you partied when you were in college (pre-drinking, going to jam-packed nightclubs, waking up with a massive hangover the following day) then yes, it's generally frowned upon among people in their 30's. Why? Basically this:

Sometimes we need an epiphany to change our routine and put more focus on your mission.

That sounds rather pessimistic.

In my early 30s, yeah, but it got boring real quick. The loud cheapo electro music, and cheap drinks gets repetitive.

I have two things to say; firstly I don't get this ageism. Someone said " 40 y.o men chasing college girls". I have to stick up for the women, but what about women who are of equal age? You cab be 50 and chase women who are 50...

I asked this new member @craider I believe it is)? a couple of times but now he makes it a little game of hide and seek instead of addressing it like a grown man: what's a man or woman supposed to do when he she is lets say 52 and gets out of a "picture perfect " 30 year relationship? Just sit in the corner for the next 30 years roll over and die?

Ofcourse you gonna see 60 y.o Halle berry looking women lining up Chad's and Tyrones at will. Men literally limit themselves to their own success. "If you ain't rich before 30 you've failed".meanwhile most men won't be anyone untill after 40 or even 50.
