Master Don Juan
We know we'll encounter all kinds of people in our lives.
Some speak badly of everyone, including you.
If you can't avoid contact with them (for work or other reasons), have you ever wondered if, since hearing bad things about you upsets you, you should go no contact with them, both in real life (just say hello), and especially if they could still learn information about you (through friends of friends and social media)?
For example, posting content on your social media, with them following you and ready to gossip and make fun of you, makes you feel nervous or ashamed, or even a little insecure, because they love hanging out with other people and ruining others reputation.
Is it right to block these people in that case? Even if they can see your life through another friend's phone or in other ways...
What measures do you take?
