“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Most personal trainers are trash. All you need to do is look at how many people hire them that look no different than they did before.

Their goals are not to get results, their goal is to ensure repeat business and pushing a person hard enough that gets results will make most of them quit.

Also based on my conversations with enough, I lack respect for most of them due to not understanding how the body actually operates and how the full picture of training, nutrition and rest/sleep, etc go together.

Most of the the results will come from effort and dedication. If you train in a gym, and you go several times or more a week, there is lots of free advice. Others that see you working hard will tell you how to do it if your willing to listen. As with all things listen to advice from those that have what you want. diet and health are important, some guys will train very hard and have not much improvement.

Health, vitamins, diet, hormones are all important.

True, but if you don’t have an experienced work out partner to teach you and you don’t understand basic exercise science and nutrition, then find a personal trainer with the body that you want.

Until you can work out on your own.

Precisely why I quit almost as soon as I started. I got people results but didn't sell the supplements or lengthy 'packages' that frankly are not needed. If P.T. were more regulated and covered by health insurance/recognized officially within the allied healthcare continuum, it'd be different. But you're bang on. I can't count the number of people I've helped like exercise again after a trainer told them to "push through" lower back pain.

I worked several years as a PT so I can relate. I just suggested this because there isn’t really an alternative that’s very feasible for an out of shape computer nerd who has no friends to work out with and has no knowledge of exercise science or nutrition.

Now I am studyjng to get more PT Certifications in order to maximize my work outs.

Deciding what types of work outs you want to do and dividing them between different days, then doing which work outs and muscle groups on what days for how many sets and reps.

Most newbies have no idea what most machines do.

A month should be enough to learn the basics.

I was certified through ACE and NASM. The "expensive ones." NSCA is good as are a few others, but all in all, I don't miss it one bit. Currently, I'm constructing a martial arts curriculum and hope to teach it as a side gig. I'd like to be a trainer, but I don't like the effort/payout ratio. You may be able to find some older textbooks. The most solid and useful information really hasn't changed all that much because our bodies still work the same way.

A personal trainer is fine. Particularly if you are starting. A good personal trainer will work with you to ensure you are using proper form and don't get injured.

Complete beginners can’t properly utilize this information.

Either misinterpreting it or using it wrongly or at wrong times and such.

Unless the goals are more specific than "Look better naked," "Be stronger," "Be bigger and more defined," or "Lose weight," almost any exercise routine will hit every single one of those. However, if I wanted to weigh 195 lean with <10% body fat, I'd hire a trainer. AND hate my life along with said trainer.

what does that have to do with anything? i'm introverted as they come and i never found that to really be a factor. i would simply watch videos on youtube to learn exercises and just figure them out on my own over time. its not very complicated. granted i do see a lot of people doing exercises in bad form but that's because most people ego lift.
