“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Where do you live, and how much does it cost?

One of my ongoing pain points is the fact that I live at home with my parents.

My current job can be done remotely, but my employer wants me in-office, and wants me to basically work 2 jobs. I'd really love to be able to find remote work that matches or beats my current pay so I can move out and not have that impact my job while I work on my coaching business.

What I'm finding is that it's almost impossible to find places under $1,300/month that aren't pieces of sh**, or require roommates.

So I'm just curious where you guys live and how much it's costing you to live there.

I can set you up with a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath trailer for $500 a month. Quarter acre wooded lot, rural setting, no visible neighbors. It's in Southern Illinois, but honestly you could probably find a similar deal in much of rural America.

That's a huge pain point.

You have come close to matching Roosh's lifestyle that he wrote about in 2011 as a 31 year old at that time.

You are employed and Roosh was a content creator with a blog, some books, and maybe a YouTube presence then.

The labor market right now is tight so you'll need to stay at your current job for a while. This basically confines you to living in Wilmington or possibly Philadelphia.

Most major cities are like that. The most mediocre 1 bedroom apartments in Dallas, TX run around $1,100 - $1,300 right now.

I have seen some apartment listings in some Dallas suburbs where a mediocre apartment might run $1,000 - $1,200 but you're in a suburban neighborhood not near the best neighborhoods for singles in Dallas.

There are crapholes in Dallas and its suburbs that are even around $1,000/low $1,000s now.

It's not even major cities.

I think I found only 1 listing under $1,300 near me, and it's to rent a room out of a house with 4 roommates.

Most listings in Newark are $1,500+.

I was only able to find 1 or 2 under $1,300 near Trolley Square, or in Wilmington as a whole.

Philadelphia is the most affordable, but there have also been more than 100 shooting incidents within the last 30 days.

Have you checked outside the Philly subs? Rents all over are crazy. Landlords needs to raise rents to cover taxes, insurance, upkeep, etc. These are passed on to the tenants; usually. You may be able to snag a studio for around 1k.

Around here, a one bedroom is around 2k.

Move overseas bro. Go to Thailand, Indonesia, The Philippines, etc There’s expat communities out here you can go to, plus it feels great to see the commotions happening in The US , 8,000 miles away, while you’re on your hammock sipping on Coronas and watching the NBA playoffs all from the comfort of your own phone or laptop.

I'm in the Twin Cities a 1 bedroom will run you $1400-$1800. This is in the burbs 10-15 minutes away from Downtown.
If you want to live downtonw It's going to run you $2000-$10000 if you wanna be where the smoke shows and bomb shells are at
If you really want to save money you can get a place for $900-$1500 a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath house or even 3 bedroom but you're going to live 2-3 hours in the sticks away from the city.

Plus, side a college town where the girls are loose and want to have fun....yeehaw JimmyBob!

I'm retired and will soon move into a custom-built 3000+ ft^2 home on 1.6 wooded acres about 15 miles away from a large suburb in the Sunbelt. The total project should cost me about $500K, which is about 1/5 of my net worth. I'm also paying about $800/mo for my pied-à-terre in Eastern Europe, but I might upgrade.

Most everyone here HeightMogs me, but I FinanceMog most everyone here.

I watch my sports at StreamEast. Night games in the USA go until sunlight (referenced to the equinoxes) where I'm at.

@BPH have you checked Craigslist? I just did a brief search (less than a minute) and found at least 10 under $1,300.

Here's one for $1,150, small but looks decent, wood floors, bay windows.

I'm not familiar with the area tho.

Craigslist is iffy, lots of scams at least in my neck but I dunno, it may be worth a look; there's an upcoming open house.

I would not be looking to live in the city of Wilmington. I currently live in the suburbs. This would be like paying $1,300/mo to simply not be at home, while also not being near any of the fun, and increasing my chance of being a victim exponentially:

What about Dover? Isn't DE so small that everything is close by?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Most US companies will not allow people who try that even if they are remote due to tax complications, unless you take a position that's open from that country along with the much lower pay if they have any

Oh k, based on the below post, it sounded like you were open to living in Wilmington but couldn't find anything decent under $1,300.

Nevermind then my bad. I'll leave you to it, good luck....

No worries, I wouldn't expect you to. Wilmington is a very large, broad area. I was referring to areas somewhat close to where I already currently live, or in spots that would at least be near the fun parts of town; Trolley, Newark, etc.

I once went to a bar in Wilmington and was quite literally the only white person I saw there.

Dover is about a 40-minute drive from where I'm at, which would mean about 1 hour and 10 minutes to my work. It's also not really near anything. Southern Delaware becomes more akin to farmland.

So I'm just curious where you guys live and how much it's costing you to live there.
On the road now, and living out of hotels(Even the ritzy ones)is infinitely more economical the suburbs of Santa Monica, or a penthouse in Georgetown. Though(I imagine anyway)this could be unnerving, if one's being pursued by The US Marshals in the process

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
