“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Dover is about a 40-minute drive from where I'm at, which would mean about 1 hour and 10 minutes to my work. It's also not really near anything. Southern Delaware becomes more akin to farmland.
I was talking about moving overseas and living outside the US

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

I once went to a bar in Wilmington and was quite literally the only white person I saw there.
I can name some Dallas bars that are nearly 100% Hispanic.

My mom lives in the fastest-growing city in North America and pays $2,100 a month for a two-bedroom condo. She’s been there for more than ten years, and she kind of has been grandfathered to this rate, but I had to hire a lawyer when the landlord tried to raise the rent to $2,350 two years ago, higher than what the government allows.

The problem with working remotely is that, as long as you’re not indispensable, a company can outsource your job overseas to someone who will do it for less. That’s why, for the economy, it’s often better to have people go into the office, even though it can feel like a waste of resources.

Unfortunately, the economy isn’t favorable to single men. Sometimes you need the financial stability of a partner to move out of your parents’ house. If you don’t want to move in with a girlfriend, consider what many people here do: get a condo and a roommate. From my friends’ experiences, the roommate usually lasts about 2 years since they eventually get a girlfriend and move out to live with her.

Personally, I still think it makes sense to live with your parents and save as much as possible so you can eventually put a down payment on a place of your own.

just live where you are, i assume its cost effective and then fill your time up with another side hustle. Don't go out of the country unless you already have money. Just buckle up. As your not dependent on money for SMV, your in a good spot to build.

Most US companies will not allow people who try that even if they are remote due to tax complications, unless you take a position that's open from that country along with the much lower pay if they have any
Yes, the only way you could do that is to have your own business, like Winston Wu has: happierabroad.com

I feel like the strongest SMV attribute I have now is money  - and it still isn't enough for chicks like this:

if your an older guy and not famous that's pretty common situation. imagine your there age and they are your age, would you chase them...

its takes a lot of money if the SMV difference is huge.

you can get hot chicks in the right places with small money.

if you want them to come for you without it being for money, must have some other reason why its nice for them.

The labor market right now is tight so you'll need to stay at your current job for a while. This basically confines you to living in Wilmington or possibly Philadelphia.
Not to derail the thread but you think the job market is so bad that we can’t get other jobs right now? As in “if you have a job keep it?” Should we still be actively searching?

Most major cities are like that. The most mediocre 1 bedroom apartments in Dallas, TX run around $1,100 - $1,300 right now.

I have seen some apartment listings in some Dallas suburbs where a mediocre apartment might run $1,000 - $1,200 but you're in a suburban neighborhood not near the best neighborhoods for singles in Dallas.

There are crapholes in Dallas and its suburbs that are even around $1,000/low $1,000s now.
This lines up with Nashville as well. Downtown solo will run you $2500-3000ish. You need a roommate to hit that $1200-$1300 zone. That doesn’t include utilities or renters insurance.

Downtown Dallas one bedrooms are running close to what you mentioned for Downtown Nashville. There are other central city neighborhoods in Dallas within a few miles of Downtown that are a little bit less expensive. That's where there are some deals on mediocre, older apartments that can be found.

The white collar job market has been in recession since 2023 and has gotten progressively worse in 2024 and 2025. There's very little hiring going on right now in various white collar fields. Layoffs have been piling up since 2023. The general advice to employed people in white collar jobs is to be grateful to have a job in 2025. Employed people in subpar working situations can look for other work, but it is likely to be a waste of time for them since they are unlikely to get hired.

There is also another risk in changing jobs in 2025. If someone manages to beat the odds and change jobs in 2025, they put themselves at risk for a layoff in their new job likely in Q4 2025 or in 2026. Many companies conduct layoffs based on a "Last In, First Out" model. That means the newest hires are the first to be laid off. If a company decides to do layoffs in early 2026, someone hired in the second half of 2025 would be a prime candidate to be laid off.

Getting laid off is a major issue for men in terms of their sex lives. It doesn't matter what a man's relationship status is at the time of the layoff, there is likely to be some impact.

Most white collar men in relationships are dumped due to their layoff. Men in non-marital relationships who don't live with the girlfriends are the first ones to get dumped because it is easier for those women to exit. Those girlfriends usually exit within 3-4 months, which is often not enough time to get another white collar job. The married men and the men living with their girlfriends get a little bit more leeway with the breakup because those breakups are a little bit more difficult. These men might get 6-12 months before the divorce papers or breakup happens. In this market, that might not be enough time to get a new job.

Men who enter unemployment with no LTR and maybe 1-2 short term sex partners are also somewhat affected. It's true that they won't be losing their monogamous girlfriend during unemployment. Their short term sex partners would have been lost anyway regardless of employment status. For these men, the worst thing that happens with a layoff and unemployment is that it gets more difficult to seduce new women.

Childless men who end up unemployed might lose their independence and end up living with a parent or parents. Living with a parent or parents is less of an issue for men under 30. Living with a parent or parents becomes a bigger issue in seduction after a man's 30th birthday. I do not recommend men past college graduation age live with a parent or parents. It is generally going to negatively affect their sex lives, no matter how relaxed the parents are.

Getting laid off is less of an issue for women in terms of their sex and relationship lives. Boyfriends/husbands generally do not dump unemployed women. There's less of a penalty for women for living with their parents if necessary too.

I also want to point out that blue collar males are in a better position right now with the economy as it is. Also, blue collar men are treated differently by women during unemployment.

It makes me want to stay put based on the current job market conditions based on what you said. Do we just wait and ride this out? Or try to beat the odds with applications?

Sounds like continuing to live with a roommate or just living with one isn’t the worst idea rn. The worst thing you could do in a recession/layoff era like this is inflate your expenses super high. If you get laid off after inflating your lifestyle that would be catastrophic and you could end up defaulting or bankrupt.

Of course, there’s always side hustles etc too if the rent feels unmanageable…

I think the preferred move for white collar employees right now is to stay put and try to ride it out at a current employer.

If a white collar employee is fearful of layoffs in their organization or things appear unstable in other ways, then they might need to try to beat the odds with entering the job market right now.

The Federal Reserve is likely to cut interest rates tomorrow (September 17, 2025) in an effort to stimulate private sector activity and job creation. That might help with hiring in Q4 but the market is likely to be difficult for hiring.

In terms of seduction, I think the uncertainty in the economy and labor market is adding a lot of stress to mating interactions. The people feeling it the worst are in existing relationships. It's difficult to try to start longer term dating as an unemployed male. Some unemployed males might be able to start shorter term interactions if they don't default/end of bankrupt or end up living with a parent.

I’m in Houston and if you don’t want to live in a warzone or cancerous Colima zone then expect to pay over 2000 a month and 200 in electricity starting out.

I completely disagree because your job can be shipped overseas regardless. In addition, there’s plenty of remote employees like my SO and myself where it would make zero financial sense to spend 50k plus to move to an office just to fill a chair for a few hours.

It’s an employer’s market. If your employer tells you to come into the office, the incentive to comply is simply to keep your job. And if the company has already proven it can operate without a physical office, it can just as easily look overseas or towns with lower costs for talent.

That's even more expensive than Dallas. There are some mediocre 1 bedroom apartments in places that aren't war zones for under $2,000 a month.

This is related to white collar work. It's an employer's market in white collar.

In blue collar/physical labor, the balance is closer to equal right now. As an example, auto mechanics are in demand right now. They can get some good offers if they want to change jobs.

Why would an employer spend over 50k to relocate someone across the country, especially if they already handle work outside their territory or even internationally? Remote work has been around long before the pandemic, so it's nothing new. Given my job description and expertise, it makes no sense for my company to spend over 50k to relocate me to their headquarters or replace me with someone there, as my role is entirely based on the territory around me. The jobs being shifted back to offices were mostly traditional office roles, which were already impacted by outsourcing and AI. Yes, AI and computer automation existed well before the pandemic too. Many of these jobs returning to offices seemed like an effort to cut headcount before layoffs. As a result, if you were called back to the office then you are actually more replaceable than someone that remained remote.

My friend found a place in a comfortable area, but it lacked a kitchen and the landlord lived on the same floor.
