I had a recent experience with a volunteer organization that made me question the leaders ability to organize and lead the group.
Several months back I inquired about the status of the project and got no replies. A few weeks ago I got a "we are meeting with the officials that have jurisdiction."
I remained patient, and now the new acting leader of this volunteer organization is now looking for free equipment and labor. It's going to take way more than what they are requesting initially.
This is the second attempt to pull this project off. Now there is no plan. No schedule. No timeline. No work assignments. The original leader of this organization did a very good job with this but unfortunately had to step down.
So what does this have to do with women?
Every woman wants a strong leader. Direction. A man with a plan so she can feel comfortable supporting and helping him reach the goal. She needs to believe in you and what you offer.
I am not providing my time and resources to someone I don't have faith in. Neither will the woman you are trying to get with if she isn't convinced of your ability to lead.
A woman wants a guy that has his life in order, has direction, goals, focus, organization, passion, conviction, and plans, so she can feel confident and get behind him.
Until then you are just a fuhk boy if you're lucky. You won't be taken seriously for long term commitment. Get your life in order. Make something of yourself. Getting women becomes much easier when you do.
