It happens slowly. Idk maybe it’s a me problem but everyrime I get srs with a girl in the beginning all we do is fvck and order doordash. And I’m talking like twice a day order lmao. I’ve noticed I gained pudge in the beginning but I’m back in top shape. We are both heavy into the gym but I like to be at my absolute best. You guys would punch me if you realized what I had with her. But something about being alone single and cold and taking on the world is different. It's your job to back her off some. Women are like 5 year old kids. You have to prevent them from doing things to themselves that are not in their best interest.

A 5 year old may want to eat a whole tub of ice cream, but as the parent you know it's not in their best interest and despite the fit they might throw when you don't let them do it, you need to be the parent and limit the amount they eat.

Your time with women is no different. Give them what they need, not what they want. Spending too much time with a woman because she wants that is no different than you allowing a 5 year old to eat a whole tub of ice cream.
