My blood work (aside from Testosterone) came back great and my estradiol levels are on the low end so no worries there either.

This is something you would need to monitor for a year before saying that. It builds over time it wouldn't happen right away.

If after a year you don't have any issues then you likely don't have to worry

I’m not going on TRT ever and I get my bloods checked regularly my cell count and everything else has been good for 3+ months. I’ll continue to get checked.

I’ve been sleeping 8+ hours, working out hard especially legs, and walking in the day time. I can’t lie I feel so much better for it after only 1-2 weeks.

Oh yeah, then if you aren't on TRT there isn't any reason to do it...my response was directly toward what are things to watch out for while on it.

But that T level at 300 will be a problem as you get older. Whatever you need to do to get that up I would do it.

Yes you will. There is no "magic" testosterone booster. Like I said, if you were doing everything good up to this point, needle in your butt cheek is the next step. The sooner you make peace with it, the sooner you'll recover and feel fine, even more so if you wanna be successful in your business.

The thing is I wasn't doing everything well until this point, I've been doing everything wrong. I'm like the opposite of you, you were doing everything right so had to go TRT route.

I am getting to -12% BF (while incorporating many different things) before I even worry about my T. I'll keep getting it checked and post results here but I feel very positive I can double or even triple my normal and free T levels this year. After blasting my legs and getting more sunshine I already feel great.

Upon hearing that, she dug into my LH levels. Those levels are high. High LH symptoms are common to the above related issues and also foreshadow potential hypogonadism, ie, despite having T like I’m in my 20’s, it’s actually decreasing and could cause performance troubles. She’s going back with this information to the doctors and likely, will have a Trt Script.

Spoke to doctor. He said the LH was a curious situation. Getting gear. It’s going to push my numbers to the roof but the aromatose inhibitors and hcg coming as well.

What are you referring to by "gear" in this instance? You said you have insanely high T that they presumed TRT use so I'm confused about what you're trying to do? Use gear to lower your LH levels?

What was you Free Testosterone? Total T is just a visualization number o your T attached to protein

Free T is always the important one...my free T is always super high even when in range from TRT which I don't quite understand why...I mean I know why, because my SHBG is very low, but I don't know why that is

I’m getting 400 mg/ week of t. The gear is because I likely have a lower T number than the test showed. I took a test a month before under same conditions and had 600 ng/dl. Something is amiss. When I took a couple cycle of enanthate (Norma Hellas) and dbol back when i was 26, I was walking around with boners 24/7. Dbol actually lowers drive so that’s really all I need to know. Sometimes you need to be your own doctor.

That's pretty crazy...your free T is very low for total T being that high. You should look into stinging nettle root which will block SHBG to allow more of that T to be free. You are basically wasting all that T production and simply aromatizing it into estrogen. Might be worst case scenario since most of the T isn't usable by your body, but since there is so much of it, your estradiol levels are high because it takes all that extra T and turns it into E.

On TRT, my Total T is usually somewhere between 625-675 and free is like in the high 40s to low 50s which is way over range for free T(unsure why my SHBG is so low but it is apparently)

So probs TMI but i am natty 600 T. I’ve been v low libido. I had a big event coming up that stressed me out for weeks.

since that is over (big success) I’ve been horny as hell. Mrs is on rag but I’ve jacked it 7 times in 2 days.

any guys with low libido I would suggest stress as a major factor

No no no!

Tell them you want Aromasin/Exemestane not Arimidex. Aromasin is a suicidal inhibitor which means it irreversibly binds to the Aromatase receptor blocking it forever until the body recycles it. This is important.

Arimidex does not and can cause estrogen rebound once it releases from the receptor.

Arimidex can also crash your E levels too low whereas Aromasin does not crash E. This is important because you want your E levels in range but not too low as Estrogen is used in males to repair testosterone receptors and for joint health as well.

Don't bother trying to explain as to why(I have already tried to like 5 different ones, I just glassy eyed stares), the doctors are clueless when it comes to this stuff, just tell them you want Aromasin/Exemestane because it's better. Doctors love prescribing that Arimidex garbage and I haven't figured out why.

Doing cycles with the time in between at a trt dose. So let's say you blast 500mg/week of T for 12 weeks, then after that, you can go down to say, 125mg/week of T which would bring you within normal range. Keep that for say, 6 weeks, then blast 500mg/week for another 12 weeks.

Since you're committing to shutting down your HPTA, it makes more sense to do this since you're shut down anyways.

I was always in disbelief of the following. There is a dude at the pool who must be doing this. No homo, but the guy is the poster child for the term ‘skipping leg day’. He is my age and it is not humanely possible to be so top heavy, without leg work.
