Feminism is everywhere.

It has been in existence for thousands of years and will continue to exist.

America is just getting more publicity hence the perception.

There are feminists here in Italy too. I knew one professionally. Super fine shape (pro dance instructor) but not as hot as everyone made her out to be overall, not the prettiest face ever (not at all ugly mind). I have a friend who went nuts for her. Anyway she's a strong minded feminist and occasionally needed a stern telling off when her hormones made her say something particularly stupid.

One time she shared a story about the world's youngest airline captain being a girl, and how this was a huge triumph for women. LOL. Being an aviation guy I told her flatly that the reason more women don't become pilots is because it rarely interests them, not because of some paranoid patriarchal conspiracy to keep pu$$y out of the còckpit. She had nothing to say.

Don't know about going to foreign nations just to find a wife. However, I absolutely agree that feminism and political correctness are destroying our society. Women are herd creatures. They follow the influence of others and need leadership in their life. That used to be what Men did for women. Men also can greatly benefit from the soothing, calm influence of a woman. It's a Ying and Yang.

But when women are left to their own erratic ways and means with no power check in place they literally burn the house down and burn alive inside with a smile on their face. It's like giving a child access to a candy store with no adult supervision and then the kid gets violently sick because he/she kept on gorging themselves on candy. The idea or thought to "stop" wouldn't even enter their mind.

The herd creature bases and gauges it's happiness off of following the external, even if it destroys them from the inside out. That is feminism. Women aren't introspective. The pain and sadness they feel from slvtting around, drinking and partying, trying to dominate men, pursuing masculine and stressful career paths they don't truly enjoy or feel satisfied in is concealed and kept repressed by more of the same behavior. They don't know how to address the pain and suffering they are putting themselves through because the external, i.e. feminism, social media, weak men, etc., keeps reassuring them they are doing the right thing. To self correct, to become introspective and will power force yourself to change is a masculine, male feature.

So what happens? We'll we've seen it all here on this forum:
1. Insane reactions by women we're dating to deep intimacy
2. high divorce, infidelity rates
3. bizarre "game" tactics to generate high interest
4. Major depression, high suicide rates of men
5. MGTOW
6. Politically correct strangulation from corporate HR dept. leading to mass firings, careers being ruined.
7. #MeToo movement
8. etc.

To be honest, I'm not sure we're at a point where we can salvage this. You can however, salvage yourself and protect yourself from what's going on. This doesn't mean don't date women, don't try to meet new people, have relationships or pursue your career goals. What it does mean however, is you must, no matter how brutally difficult it is, face the reality of what you're living in and dealing with as an American man in 2018. The deck is stacked. Watch your a$s.
