How to do that? I'm probably about to buy a BMW i8 in 3 weeks. I think that will help me in general.

I admit that many bad things could happen by leading with money, but I don't know what else to lead with at this point.

Talk about how you're getting your pilots license or something.

I don't want a Tesla. The only Lambo I could afford is a Gallardo, which I think are ugly, or a very old Murcielago.

I think those types of cars are just screaming for attention, but I definitely considered it.

I'm financing it with $80k of home equity, financed over 30 years. The first 10 years are interest-only. 2.49%.

It will only cost $166/month. The insurance will probably cost more than that.

And this bank allows you to "renew" the loan every year, so the interest only period will never run out. And at some point over the next 30 years, I'll just pay it off once I started flipping properties better.
