just curious how I could have made this work.

So i went snowboarding, I’m waiting in line for the lift and wouldn’t you know there’s a solid 10 in front on me. I started talking about I don’t even know what, she’s friendly smiling laughing. A dude(her boyfriend) messing with his board behind us gets her attention. They argue a little she gets out of line (damn) they argue more. Next thing I see her stomping off. Apparently after the winey bad boy. They angerly argue and motion at each other 100’ away in a crowded area before I lose sight of her.

The whole time I’m just like.... I want this chic. fvck that dude he is dropping the ball. My game is not there yet though.

There is nothing you could have done in that situation. You would have had to catch her by herself for a few minites and grabbed her number.

Girls argue with bf's all the time, it's not an automatic in for you.

You say the guy was "dropping the ball" but all you saw was an argument and her stomping off after him and by the sounds of it he still walked off from her. Should he be sucking her toes in public because she's a 10?

Yeah the deck was stacked against me on that one. Maybe he walked off with her but that weak behavior looks like opportunity to me.

One of these days.

Having said that, my ex admittedly caused arguments so I would end it... little did she know... I was far too content with mediocrity to leave her!
