It's not hard but i starting to understand taht getting to the point will remove all doubts on your mind. AT least now you have the answer right away. You shouldn't avoid confrontation. Although it may be flattering to women who don't get laid a lot (or ever), it can come across as somewhat negative because you "didn't get to know her first" or you "just want one thing". Getting a woman to feel attraction towards you first removes all potential barriers.
