Worried about political climate

I am worried about the current political climate. For instance, I am talking with one girl, and if I ask her to hang out, it will be my third time asking, and I don't feel like asking. I don't want to be reported for harassment.

Or lets say, we end up hanging out, and each have a drink.. and it leads to something else.. She goes and reports for me lets say "rape", my future will be ruined.

Is it better if I just go to clubs, and bars to meet women?

But in general.. How can you avoid this. Okay, lets say I hang out with a new chick. Go in for a kiss, and then the next day I get reported to the university police.. I'm screwed. How can I take risks?

I heard if you take a picture of you and your date kissing, there is more evidence in your favor. Of course this what I heard, I wouldn't take it as legal advice

Go in slow and get in her face. Then STOP. She will meet your lips if she wants to be kissed. She will turn her head or back away if she doesn't.

Be a "close talker" with women. Its a very easy way to gauge interest. Always talk to them very close and get in their face.
