I sold her a phone...

Hi guys
New guy here and really clueless about women. I will eventually get to reading the material here, but for the time being, I need your input on a situation.
I put an ad online for a phone I was selling and got a buyer. I met her yesterday and a really cute girl showed up, I got a feeling she was kind of interested but I thought the whole situation was too awkward to make a move, so I just sold her the phone and left after some small talk. Today, I am thinking that I should have really asked her out. I have her phone number. Now I am curious about a couple of things. Can I make a move via the number I got through the sale and if so how do I go about it?

I think so. Shoot her a text and simply say "I enjoyed meeting you, how about meeting me again for coffee at X place on Y day at X time" if she wants to, she will. if she wants to but is busy that that time, she will counter. she may say no but nothing ventured is nothing gained so go for it

Shoot her a message and tell her youd like to meet up sometime and get to know her better. Ask her when she is free. It's a yes or a no bro. Don't have regerets.....make the move.
