At first I was like...Day 10. I'm going 365 days
Then I was like...

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
Roll call: who's still in? @skinnyguy, @Toni (from my other thread), @finality, @narcissist
Day12 complete.
Process is going well. I'm more relaxed. I don't look LTR hungry/thirsty as I was over a month ago. I still notice that I'm revealing too much backstory about personal matters in set, so I want to curb that down pat and talk less when I'm nervous (if any DJs (maybe @deesade) have any tips with that in approaching a set and handling nerves/talking less I would appreciate any input). I want to be confident enough to be quiet and give the other person the chance to talk more about themselves.
I'm generally more upbeat... higher energy in set. I make sure to befriend obstacles and include them in the interaction. I like this part because they almost have a confused look on their faces when I re-engage them and include them in the set. They hesitate to respond, which is an interesting observation (makes me wonder what they're thinking, though I'm trying not to care about that either...).
My eye contact has been improving. I pick up on more subtle social cues and body language that I typically missed before.
I have one chica that initiates texts with a question for my input often from one of my social spheres. She seems like the shy/introverted type which would be a first for me in a while since I typically attract the dominant/aggressive types (I wonder if this is frame balance...or...representative of improvement...::head scratch::...hmm...).![]()
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
Cultivate an attitude of gratitude....I want to quit being jealous of people with things that I don't and brewing about it all day. What would I cultivate for that?
Yo. What happened with that GF you had? Also I got 7 numbers this week, and did about 15-20 approaches. But I have to jack that number way up. But I feel mad motivated to get pvssy--because it is my only way to release.
Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
I broke up with her like 2 weeks ago. She was a great girlfriend, no arguments or complaining or anything like that, I just wasn't really feeling it anymore. The spark was gone for me.Yo. What happened with that GF you had?
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Great! I honestly dont know what my record is but I know I have done 14 days before and now its 17 so it might be for me too. The amazing thing about making it this far is that I dont think much about masturbating anymore, I only think about fuking. Its like my mind has gone back to default.Day 17 boys! I have officially beat my all time record for NoFap!!!! Fvck yes. And I have a date tonight with a gorgeous asian who figure skates (most delicious a$$ I have seen on an asian bean)!!! today is great gentlemen.
Just shaved my pubs and balls. It feels great, but for some reason I always get more h0rny when i shave em bare. I am ready as fvck to see this asian hottie.Great! Put all that masculine energy into your strong eye contact and body language with a nice james bond smirk, then you give her that 17 days creampie she deserves! Can I get a HAIL YEAH
How about we continue this great journey in july by creating another thread then.
You can do it man!!! Stay strong! Go out and approach!Props, @narcissist, and @Milano. I'm struggling with an online course that keeps my thoughts off fap.Still in this challenge though...
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
