"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

After reading the DJ bible and about game, it feels like I have to fvck a lot of girls first before being able to commit to a LTR. But when have you been truly ready for a serious relationship without being tempted by other women? Do I literally have to fvck everything that moves???

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Any men that are not promiscuous and can take responsibility for what are involved with a commitment are ready for a serious relationship; which means, some men are ready from the get-go, while some will never be ready.

No. A man is ready for an LTR when he finds himself screening out women who don't match up to his standards of what a feminine woman should be, no matter how hot they are.

you are ready for an LTR when you want one. you're not ready when you don't

most men don't want one til they catch feelings for a girl

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

What @blind_one said is all you need to know ;)

A man takes in a loyal helper to aid his life, make food, clean his castle and to caress his manly manliness..

Deep thoughts by Jack Handy.....

Well IME I've only lived with 2 women in my 38yrs of life. The 1st one was when I was really young, early 20's. Looking back it wasn't all that serious. She moved in pretty quick, maybe after 3mo? Since then many yrs later I've had a few woman ask about cohabiting but my gut also screamed......NO.

I don't think it hits a level of "seriousness" until they actually move in but again that's just my opinion and how I handle things. I dated my ex wf a good 1.5yrs before we found a place together. During that time she had her own place, was successful and self-sefficient.

Now @ 38 it's been quite the ride but I really don't see things changing all that much. Yeah I'll date and bang but actually be serious? Ha, that's an adorable thought. I'm perfectly content own my own for now. We'll see what the future brings me.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
