Just reading through the old posts about it, and i didn't really find a definitive answer reg avatars.
Perhaps people would post some porn and you don't want to have to scan everyones avatars for approval, but why not make a rule, if its obscene you get banned? No warning nothing. I mean they might get away with it for a little while, but in all honesty, no one would waste there time. Especially if you made it that you could only get an avatar at like 100 or senior ranking.
Avatars are cool because they really accentuate the person, its kinda like Evil-roms nifty map of australia, that i'm sure took forever to do, but still.
Bandwith is also a major problem, but if there source is based somewhere else, is it really a huge concern
I would love to get an avatar, that would be totally kickin rad
